Our Approach
Whether attended or self-sample — the same independence applies. We assess results without knowledge of your existing treatment regime.
Tell us about your system — type, age, location, any concerns. We confirm scope and whether an attended visit or self-sample kit is most appropriate.
For attended assessments a visit is arranged. For self-sample, we post your sample kit with full instructions — you take the sample and return it in the prepaid envelope.
Samples are processed by our third-party laboratory partner. Results are reported by email once the laboratory analysis is complete.
Lab certificates are reviewed against BSRIA BG50 by a qualified assessor — without knowledge of your treatment history. Results classified PASS, ADVISORY, or FAIL.
A formal Independent Results Review Report issued — signed, dated, PDF. Where results indicate a system out of specification, we'll be in touch to discuss next steps.
